An 83-acre lot in southern Grapevine will soon become the site of a new warehouse. Arco Murray National Construction Co. of Dallas applied for a conditional-use permit for property located at 3642 Euless-Grapevine Road to construct the first of four proposed buildings. The motion passed 6-1, with Place 2 Council Member Sharron Rogers voting against the measure, during the May 16 council meeting .
